**We are looking for a casual weekend Residential Building Managers to join our team.**
**We are looking for someone who is reliable and is able to effectively communicate with residents.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Assist tenants and keys**:
- **Supervision and Coordination**:
- **Contact contractors for repair**:
- **Assist with tenants moving**
**To be considered, we require you to possess the following as a minimum**:
- **Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands**:
- **Friendly, positive approach and pride in your work**:
- **Keen, honest and reliable**:
- **Proactive and positive attitude.**:
- **Good communication skills both written and verbal.**:
- **The ability to organize and prioritize tasks**
**We are looking a person who can work autonomously. You will need a positive can-do attitude and approach your responsibilities pro-actively and with confidence.
