Position: Hostess

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service.

Provide guests with menus and offer recommendations based on their preferences.

Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure efficient and timely service.

Handle guest inquiries and address any concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Interest in organic and health-conscious food and beverages is a plus.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
