Our 200-plus bed facilities offer premium budget accommodation catering for backpackers, families, and groups. We are looking for full-time team members to assist in the day-to-day operations of our backpacker hostels. This busy role requires availability a minimum of 5 days a week, working on a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

We are arranging interview now, immediate start position

Varied duties include guest check-in and check-out, processing payments including cash handling, general admin assistance and attending to guest queries as they arise. You will be part of a small team and, as such, you will be expected to help out with any extra tasks that may arise on a daily basis.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.26 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
