The 2nd Level Service Desk Technician is responsible for providing escalation support to all employees, delivering process improvement changes & supporting Office 365 administration duties.
- Provide second-level support including logging and handling of ICT incidents and service requests, using ITSM tool ServiceNow.
- Design, test & release identified process improvement changes with supporting documentation & training where applicable
- Help maintain multiple Office 365/Azure AD environments (licensing, admin role reviews, security settings etc.
- Assist in initial SharePoint configurations and security
- Assist in packaging software for deployment via Endpoint Manager and other 3rd party deployment tools
- Create and update Conditional Access policies to keep up with business requirements.
**Required Skills**:
- You will have experience working in a Level 2 role with a large matrix organisation.
- Experience in a Microsoft Office 365 environment
- Experience with Azure AD
- Experience with Intune for Windows (Endpoint Manager)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
