We're a rapidly growing and trusted cleaning company known for our reliability, quality, and personal touch. We're now on the lookout for a **Home Cleaning Sales Consultant** to join our team and help turn enquiries into long-term, happy clients.

In this role, you'll find real satisfaction in helping busy, time-poor individuals and families by offering tailored cleaning solutions that truly make a difference. You'll be supporting people who need relief from life's demands—and giving them back their time and peace of mind.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify client needs and provide tailored cleaning service solutions
- Prepare and send quotes and follow up to close sales
- Provide excellent customer service from first contact to post-sale handover
- Track and meet monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the operations team for service scheduling
- Help build relationships with real estate agents, NDIS clients, and aged care facilities

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Assist in Managing and monitoring cleaning teams throughout the day
- Debriefing cleaning teams at the end of the day
- Assisting the Office Manager with day-to-day responsibilities

**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call centre roles
- Great phone manner and persuasive communication skills
- Strong organisation and follow-up abilities
- Confident using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- A self-starter attitude with a team-player mindset
- Has a huge personality with high energy and drive to be the best

**Cleaning industry experience is a bonus but not essential. Full training provided.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carrum Downs VIC 3201: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
