L&M Home is looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Consultant with a passion for homewares and interiors to join our team.
- Opportunity to join a small, creative team within an independent, female owned business
- Working in a beautiful setting with luxury Melbourne designed homewares and decor pieces
- Central location in Fitzroy with no weekend work required

L&M Home is one of Melbourne's leading names in luxury homewares and decor.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Customer Service Consultant to join our small and friendly team in Fitzroy, Melbourne, on a part time basis working 24 hours per week over four days.

This role is focused on providing exceptional service to our customers to maintain and strengthen client relationships as part of the Sales team at our company HQ which comprises our showroom, office and warehouse.

Key responsibilities:

- Maintaining and growing our client database via company CRM system
- Proactive account management outreach to wholesale clients in Victoria & Tasmania
- Assisting Wholesale and Retail clients in our showroom including styling advice and order processing
- Processing and Invoicing online orders
- Maintaining the appearance of the showroom including stock replenishment and general upkeep
- Assisting at annual trade fairs as required
- General administration duties as required

Skills & experience required:

- Experience in Sales is essential with CRM software experience preferred
- Experience within the homewares or interiors industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level customer service experience
- Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks
- A creative flair, good design eye and passion for interior design and the L&M Home brand
