**About our role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Commercial division as our Brand Manager - Potato & Snacks Foodservice within our Marketing team.
Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager - Potato & Snacks Foodservice, you will develop and execute an integrated marketing plan for our Potato & Snacks Category within the Foodservice channel. With a passion for achieving targets for profitability, growth, innovation and equity of brands and products within the portfolio, you will not be afraid to take the lead to deliver fresh, innovative ideas and solutions.
**What you will do**:
- Execute and develop brand plans for the snacking category including the Chiko brand and supporting on the Edgell brand where required.
- Develop the 3 yr Commercial Operating Plan for the snacking category including NPI & Comms,
- Develop and launch new product & packaging innovation to market leveraging qualitative and quantitative research where appropriate to ensure profitable brand growth for both Edgell and chiko brands.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the communication plan - including ATL and digital for both Edgell & Chiko brands.
- Support the category management and sales team for key brand initiatives
- Management of A&P
- Analysis of brand Health measures and strategies to improve these measures against our competitive set.
**About you**:
You will understand the demands of the Foodservice channel and display a high level of initiative, personal drive and motivation. Proven experience in managing multiple projects in a cross functional environment is a must, as are strong strategic planning and organising skills. You will also have excellent communication and innovation management skills.

As a hands-on marketing professional, you will draw from your effective communication skills to work cross-functionally and articulate strategic objectives to bring them to life.
