**The Role**

As a senior member of the **Brand Management Team**, you will be responsible for **Marketing Commercialisation activities** on designated **home cleaning and toilet care brands and projects** within the ANZ cluster. You will oversee local commercialisation and management of NPD for this legacy brand across ANZ and meet category objectives that contribute to achieving the ANZ Cluster business objectives.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Craft local brand strategy and deploy within ANZ (in line with global brand/ segment strategy)
- Full ownership of assigned brand's P&L,
- Analyse, share insights and recommendations using customer and consumer data, feeding these to our Global and regional team leads
- Manage local Commercialisation and Launch phases of NPDs. Manage global cross functional NPD taskforce to ensure appropriate rollout of NPDs
- Provide input on concept development
- Adapt/ Adopt create graphics for assigned brand
- End to end NPD creation and management
- Lead local Go To Market planning and strategy
- briefs partnering agencies, ensures execution and post campaign analysis
- Active participation in brand S&OP process
- Partner with Sales the planning of Consumer and Trade Promotions for assigned brand
- Track sales and shares for assigned brand, segment, or project. Track NPD performance and course correct when/if necessary
- Collaborate with Product Supply on managing SKUs and SLOBs for assigned brand or segment
- Manage Advertising & Promotion Budget incl. month end process

**Required Skills / Experience / Competencies**:

- At least 5+ years in commercial marketing roles
- Strong Brand Management Experience within the **FMCG/Consumer Goods industry**
- Demonstratable expertise in **commercialising initiatives** with excellence
- ** Commercial acumen** (thorough understanding of brand **P&L**, demand forecasting, and P&L scenario planning)
- Experience in managing media process. Understands the strategic & tactical nature of the business
- ** Strong analytical and project management** skills
- A university degree, ideally in business/marketing
