**About this role**:
A specialist architecture practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team working across leisure, sporting, public and community projects predominantly.This is a unique opportunity to develop and hone your architectural skillset in a boutique and dynamic firm, having a positive impact within the project team and to larger extent the client and community.

This studio has a reputation for delivering urban design and architecture that create sustainable, contextually responsive and inspiring spaces for communities that become central to community life.**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work within a team in a support position from concept through to construction documentation
- Revit modelling, documentation, detailing and coordination
- Working closely to support the Project Director/Lead Architect
- Some coordination work with external consultants and contractors
- Production of working drawings, detailing and implementation of drawing packages

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong documentation and detailing skills
- Working knowledge of the BCA and local authority regulations
- Operating at a level of 3+ years of local professional experience and above
- High level of communication skills both written and verbal
- Team player willing to adapt to change and work well under pressure
- Advanced Revit skills
- InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office experience advantageous
