**About the Employer**
Our client is an innovative and progressive organisation with multiple pharmacies located across Australia. With a holistic approach to modern-day health needs, our client is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Retail Manager to join their Pharmacy in Mitcham.

This is a dynamic Retail Manager role where you can utilise your pharmaceutical retail experience providing retail healthcare and advice to customers, as well as manage an engaged and proactive team.

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Commitment to delivering exemplary patient care, and professional health services.
- Manage a team of retail staff and pharmacy interns.
- Train and develop staff.
- Manage retail staff rostering and staff holiday leave requests.
- Liaise with head office regarding staff performance matters.
- Drive a positive and patient centric work culture
- Have exposure to Professional Health Services and Programs to valued customers (such as Bone Density, Sleep Apnoea, Health Screening, Genetic Testing, Wound Management, Genetic Testing and Weight Management etc).
- Develop relationships with allied health care professionals.
- Merchandising, point of sale management, and stock maintenance.

**Skills & experience**:

- Previous retail management experience, ideally have understanding of the Guild Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP).
- Proven experience in managing staff to ensure they maintain a high level of customer service.
- Extensive knowledge of pharmacy related products and services.
- Experience with FRED POS (preferable)
- Keen interest in promoting patient care
