You will be responsible for complex diary management, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, expense management and other ad-hoc duties as required.- Important to your success - let's grow together- Experience as a Personal Assistant, with exposure to senior/executive level stakeholders. Financial services experience, advantageous.
- A high-level of professionalism with the ability to establish rapport and build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management skills.
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
