**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account-Based Marketing**: Develop and execute marketing plans for key distribution partners.
**Campaign Optimisation**: Track performance metrics, manage budgets, and optimise creative and media for maximum impact.
**Lifecycle Campaigns**: Collaborate with marketing automation specialists to create acquisition and engagement content that drives sales and customer value.
**Sales Enablement**: Produce digital content and point-of-sale collateral to support sales teams.
**SEO Execution**: Work with partners Digital Managers on SEO campaigns and enhancements.
**Customer-Centric Approach**: Ensure all activities align with brand guidelines, stakeholder approvals, and compliance requirements.
**What you'll bring**:
4+ years of marketing experience (travel or financial services a plus)
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Expertise in performance marketing and biddable channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, display campaigns)
Knowledge of account-based marketing for B2B and B2B2C audiences
Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across Sales, Digital, Risk, and partner teams
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and on-brand messaging
Project management proficiency, including task prioritisation, timeline setting, progress tracking, and result reporting
Team player who stays positive under pressure and brings enthusiasm to the workplace
Media or digital agency experience (desirable)
CRM experience is a plus
