As the Product Owner for the Fast Track Claims Proposition within GI, you will work with the Crew Lead and the Claims Leadership team, to develop and maintain strong working relationships and market presence with our customers.

You will leverage customer/market insights and new technologies to drive continuous improvements to our claims process, delivering greater value to our customers, people, and the business. You will provide a clear vision for the claims process and a roadmap that outlines the key features and enhancements to be delivered over time, using key performance measures to track success and identify any areas for improvement. You will also work closely with the product team to create products that fit the company portfolio, act as an ambassador for the product, and be the primary contact for queries relating to the product.

As the Product Owner, you are also accountable for appropriately prioritising the squads' backlog, assessing value, developing cases, stories, and epics, to ensure the work focuses on those with maximum value.

- Extensive experience within general insurance, with a technical background with insurance products and an in-depth understanding of the insurance industry, financial and marketplace activity, current trends, and the regulatory environment in which claims operate.
- Experience working in an agile environment, with relevant qualifications in business analysis, project management, and lean methodologies, preferred.
- Strong leadership capability and a growth mindset. Experience translating strategy into an operational model, leading implementation, and driving outcomes.
- An analytical problem-solver with outstanding communication and presentation skills. The ability to influence at the senior management level.
