Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication with customers;
- Logging service requests;
- Reporting onsite issues and developing rectification recommendations;
- Liaising internally with the sales team on service enquiries;
- Assisting other team members with enquiries.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-focused role;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Ability to handle difficult customers and situations;
- Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel;
- Prior experience with dealing with customers over the phone;
- An appreciation for workflow management;
