We deliver a broad range of services focused on the wellbeing and independence of individuals, families and communities across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.About The RoleAs part of our Specialist Services Team, you'll work closely with participants, families, and service providers to develop and implement positive behaviour strategies that foster independence and improve quality of life.
Whether you\'re an experienced practitioner or just starting out, we'll support you every step of the way.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong, supportive relationships with participants, their families, and the wider support networkConduct thorough behavioural assessments and create tailored intervention strategiesAlign support services with participants' NDIS Plan, always maintaining a high standard of careEnsure all documentation is accurate, professional, and in line with NDIS guidelinesCollaborate with families and other professionals to reduce the impact of challenging behavioursWhat We're Looking ForA degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a similar fieldA genuine passion for working with individuals with intellectual or cognitive disabilitiesExperience or knowledge of positive behaviour support strategies and restrictive practicesStrong interpersonal skills – you're a people person who thrives in building rapportStrong IT, admin and organisation skills as you will be working with billable timeA current driver's licence with a willingness and ability to drive to offsite meetings and attend client visits.
