We are seeking an Assistant Director/Educational Leader to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about children and offering a play-based learning program. Some experience in the role is preferred but not required. The role is a mix of on the floor and in the office. We are looking for one person for this position.

The ideal applicant will possess the following;
- Work Monday to Friday (with flexible availability)
- Some knowledge of Qikkids software
- Great people and management skills
- Exceptional knowledge of the EYLF
- Knowledge of the Children's Services Regulations
- Work collaboratively with the Director, fellow educators and families
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glen Iris, VIC 3146: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
