The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging paid social channels to drive measurable results and optimize campaign performance.
This role requires a deep understanding of paid social platforms, tracking solutions, advanced measurement, and an inclination to work cross-functionally acrossanalytics, applied science, and creative optimization to drive ROI through data-driven performance advertising.
What you'll doProficiency in managing campaigns on major platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and potentially others like Google AdsDevelop and execute paid digital media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign structure.Plan, launch, optimize and report paid social digital campaigns, including but not limited to campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, bid management, ad creative development, and A/B testing; in partnership with CRO, Data Science and Partner Marketing teams.Lead implementation of third-party tools (FMPs, Creative Optimization tools) and work with Applied Science to develop in-house bidding and audience-based optimizations.Performance Analysis - Monitor campaign performance closely, analyze key metrics, and steer campaigns to maximize ROI.Creating and refining processes to allow for streamlined ways of working and accurate delivery of tasks.Leverage our CDP/1P & 3P data to create audiences (inclusion, exclusions, etc) and maximize incrementality through testing.Building strong relationships with both media and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with the creative optimization team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions and resonate with the target audience.Execute testing roadmap across creatives, bidding, audiences, landing pages, and more aimed at constantly improving our campaign set-up to increase volume.What you'll bring with youExperience in running data-driven Paid social marketing programs with global reachBachelors degreeExtensive experience in growth/performance/ paid social marketingPrevious experience building and managing paid social / digital marketing programsSQL knowledge is preferredPrevious exposure at a tech/SaaS company with complex conversion funnelsProven ability to work cross-functionally to drive Paid Digital ROIDeep understanding of tracking technologies and analyticsWhy Xero?
