**In Home Care Educator Position Available - Tweed Heads South**

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced In Home Care Educator to support a lovely family in Tweed Heads South.

Care Details:
**Children**: Two boys, aged 6 and 7

**Weekday Care**
- **Days**: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- **Time**: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- **Child**: Care required for the 6-year-old only

**Weekend Care**
- **Day**: Saturday or Sunday (alternating weekly)
- **Time**: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- **Children**: Care for both boys

About the Children:

- 6-year-old: Diagnosed with ASD Level 2 and ADHD. He benefits from attentive supervision, structure, and consistency.
- 7-year-old: Diagnosed with ADHD. He is energetic and thrives with active, engaging play.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with neurodivergent children preferred
- Ability to provide calm, structured, and supportive care
- Must be reliable, patient, and nurturing
- Must meet all the prerequisites listed below

Prerequisites - Applicants Must Have:

- **Certificate III in Children's Services (ACECQA approved, certified by a JP)**:

- **Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (specific to a childcare setting)**:

- **WWCC (Working with Children Check)**:

- **Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)**:

- **Public Liability Insurance (required upon successful placement)**:

- **Medical Clearance from a GP**:

- **Child Protection Certificate (refresher required every 2 years)**:

- **ABN (self-employed contractor position)**:

- **Valid Photo ID**:

- **PRODA RA (assistance provided with setup)**:

- **Must be 18 years or older**:

- **Reliable car and driver's licence**

**Hourly Rate**: Starting from $38 per hour (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $38.00 per hour
