We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Personal Home Care Workers. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.

About the Role

We provide personal care services to clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity. As a Personal Home Care Worker, you will have the chance to:

- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises
- Offer companionship and support to clients with dementia or other conditions
- Engage in light housekeeping and laundry tasks

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
  • Driver's license with current comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Certified Certificate III or IV Community, Aged, Disability
  • NDIS clearance
  • NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
  • 100 points of Identification
  • Right to work in Australia

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience as a Personal Home Care Support Worker/Assistant in healthcare preferred (in homes or facilities)
