**The role**:
We're looking for Personal Lending Bankers who are motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn. We need someone who has a real interest in the banking industry and can communicate effectively with customers. This is a great opportunity to be part of our Personal Lending Team which is well recognised for their expertise, service and advice.

**What will my day look like?**
- Helping new and existing NAB customers who call to enquire about our consumer lending products with an aim to understand their needs and offering the best solution to help them.
- Providing customers accurate information and advice on NAB's consumer products while sharing your personality, knowledge and enthusiasm.

We are open Monday to Friday (7:30 am - 5:15 pm) and your shifts will rotate across these hours.

This role allows for hybrid working, with a mix of on site and remote working across the week. However, we would require you to be on site for training as we think this works best in person.

- Be driven by a passion to speak to customers, and surpass expectations in helping them achieve their financial goals
- Be able to navigate through multiple computer systems whilst maintaining a great phone manner and attention to detail
- Motivated to work in a goal driven team environment
