**The Role**

CUB is currently looking to hire a highly motivated, best in class Customer Operations Specialist to join our Customer Experience Centre team** **based in **Southbank, Melbourne**

If you're a high performing customer service expert with a keen eye for detail this is the role for you

**Your key accountabilities will include**:

- Take ownership to deliver a positive experience well beyond customer expectations
- Taken an omni-channel approach to create a seamless customer experience while living the CUB Customer Service Vision.
- Be able to work in an autonomous environment and work to time sensitive tasks
- Identify issues, problem solve and triage queries where necessary
- Work across multiple systems to find tailored solutions for our customers and stakeholders
- Strive for first contact resolution and positive customer feedback
- Respond to any queries that come through the central inbox.

- You have the ability to identify when process changes could be improved
- Your written/administrative skills are second to none with exceptional customer interaction skills.
- You're tech-savvy and a fast learner capable of working across multiple systems.
- Experience in inbound customer care role highly desirable.
