An exciting opportunity exists for a **Relief and Recruitment Coordinator** to join our People Team.?This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the first step into Human Resources. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure we get the right people, in the right place at the right time, as well as build strong relationships with our casual workforce and service leaders.
- Experience in Early Childhood Education is highly desirable - are you a Room Leader, Assistant Director or Director ready for your career to take a new direction?_

**What will you do?**
- Coordinate relief needs for our services, utilising our relief management system, ShiftMatch
- Assist with general administration tasks including reporting
- Support in the end-to-end recruitment process for casual educators and teachers
- Updating and maintaining several internal systems holding employee data

**You will need to **
- Have at leave 2 years of professional experience, including administration experience
- Be a self-starter who can proactively manage their workload and communicate their needs to stakeholders
- Able to naturally collaborate and connect and understand other's perspectives with a strong orientation to playing your part within our team
- Customer-centric, practical and have problem-solving abilities. A natural inclination for organisation
- Strong IT skills, including the ability to use HR and/or developing administration skills
