We are proud to have strong partnerships with employers to help drive employment opportunities for all Australians across six states.We currently have a great opportunity for an Employer Engagement Consultant - you will build both new and existing networks in the community to secure employment opportunities for our clients.

**A day in the life of an Employer Engagement Consultant**
- No longer will you sit in an office day-in day-out, you will be out and about building employer relationships and marketing clients to prospective employers
- Develop and maintain employer and community networks
- Manage a small caseload of clients
- Provide advocacy and information about atWork Australia's services - connecting both clients and the wider community.
- Revel in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- In this role you will make a difference and Change Lives Every Day

**Qualifications**:
**You will also have**:

- Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome based environment toward high performance results;
- Targeting towards call centre outbound
- Ability to network with employers and generate leads and account manage employers effectively;
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities and;
- Well-developed administration skills, utilising various databases.
