About The Role
As Senior Development Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of development projects nationally—from evaluating acquisition opportunities to managing design, planning approvals, construction, and handover. You'll work across a diverse pipeline of village expansions, redevelopments, and new builds, ensuring each project is commercially sound, future-focused, and aligned with Eureka's ESG goals. Success in this role means delivering high-quality housing, with pace, precision, and minimal disruption to existing communities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead feasibility, approvals, design, and delivery of multiple projects
Support acquisitions by assessing zoning and development potential
Manage consultant teams, planning submissions, and stakeholder engagement
Drive budgets, timelines, risk mitigation, ESG compliance, and reporting
Champion innovation in build methods including modular, prefab, and CLT
About You
At least 7 years of experience in Property Development Projects, with a proven track record in delivering projects on time and on budget
End to End Experience from acquisition to handover
Experience with pre-fabrications
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Skilled in project and stakeholder management
Deep understanding of planning frameworks and compliance
Solution focused, innovative, strategic, and driven to deliver meaningful housing outcomes
