You won't be inheriting an existing service; you'll be shaping its future, hand-picking your team, and implementing your own vision for exceptional early childhood education.If you are a passionate leader who thrives on innovation and has a genuine commitment to quality, this is your moment to shine.Key ResponsibilitiesLead with Vision: Establish and embed the centre's culture, philosophy, and strategic direction.Build a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate educators who share your commitment to excellence.Drive Quality: Oversee the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to ensure outstanding educational outcomes.Foster Community: Cultivate strong, meaningful relationships with families and the local community, positioning the centre as a hub of early learning.Manage Operations: Take full ownership of all daily operations, including enrolments, financial management, and compliance.We're Looking ForA proven leader with experience in a management role within the early childhood sector.Deep expertise in the NQF and EYLF.A strategic thinker with the ability to turn a vision into a reality.A collaborative spirit who can build and inspire a team.A valid Working with Children Check and a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education.This is your chance to lead, innovate, and leave a lasting legacy.
