**How will I help?**

Reporting to the Senior Manager BT PMO Governance and Prioritisation, the Divisional PMO Analyst (DPMO Analyst) will work across the Specialist Business Division business units to manage a series of scripts and reports to help the business identify customers potentially impacted by a range of quality issues within the registry systems. You will combine your customer focus, technical and analytical skills and industry knowledge to deliver key outcomes for our business.

The DPMO will work closely with Project Managers, Resource Managers & other stakeholders to understand and define the situation, problem and need. They will engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements for reporting purposes and scope and interpret data in remediation projects across our Wealth Management Platforms. This role will see you extend the resource management capabilities across the organisation providing a graphical representation of project resource supply and demand.

**What do I need?**
- Demonstrated experience as a either a business Data Analyst or Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst within a large corporate environment.
- Project experience within the wealth management or banking/financial services space is highly desirable
- Strong communication both verbal & written
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills & strong business acumen
- Advanced Excel Skills for data manipulation, collation and reporting.
- Adaptable and driven by learning new technologies and techniques.
- Experience in Power BI for creating dashboards for Management and Operational reports.
- Experience of Microsoft Visual Studio for package creation and integrated services is desirable
- Understanding of the Wealth Management Business and their Registry systems is desirable
