**PMO Analyst**:

- **Financial Services - multi-year transformation program**:

- **Up to $165k inclusive of Super**

**Role Overview**
You will contribute to the reporting, governance, financials, data driven insights and play a key part in resourcing for a large scale, multi-year transformation program.
- Program planning, Governance, milestone tracking, risks & issues management, interdependency assessments
- Ensure financial information for streams across the program is accurate and up to-date
- Work with PMO lead to implement effective project financial management practices across the program
- Resource planning across the program
- Support Program managers in building quality forecasts and ensuring projects costs are captured correctly
- Identify and analyse data that provides insights that support key delivery outcomes
- Process support (financial tracking/invoices and vendor engagement)
- Identify process improvement opportunities

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience working in a PMO on a large program of work
- Solid experience with financials, reporting and resourcing
- Someone who is proactive, autonomous, inquisitive and can manage a busy program environment and multiple stakeholders
- Strong tooling experience - Jira/Confluence/O365/MS Project
- Proven high quality, articulate stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to liaise with C Suite and Executive stakeholders
