**Your role**:
The purpose of this role is to manage the Information Systems of the Brennan business so as to maximise our returns from our investments in IT Systems, Acquisitions and Platforms.

Our current investment in system improvements, automation and technology stands at approximately $10m per annum and consists of a team of over 50 full time staff.

You will do this with a combination of solid management practices, focusing on our business constraints and improving them and by driving Innovation via advanced technologies like AI and ML.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Building an Effective Operation
- Design the structure around how we identify areas of improvement and move forward to deliver the projects that provide the desired business outcomes
- You will need to review how the organisation has structured its teams and how they work together
- The way we collect backlogs of work to be performed/projects, and then assess the relative benefits of these needs significant improvement

Security
- Working with the CISO you will be responsible for assessing the overall state of Brennan security, matching this to the Risk Profile of the business
- Continuously assessing the Security of Brennan Owned/Managed and Customer Owned/Managed devices

Driving Efficiency
- Many of our service offerings can be productised and standardised to enable more efficient delivery, fast sales processes, etc.
- Many of the tasks that we perform are repeatable, tasks that can be automated using ServiceNow or other existing systems.
- Revenue Assurance. Ensuring that we are billing for the management of all devices in a customers environment, capturing all of the appropriate revenue.

Acquisition Integrations
- This is an important part of our Growth Strategy and the efficient integration of the acquired companies people, systems, tools, etc is incredibly important to reduce the complexity of the overall Brennan systems and bring best practice to the acquired business revenue streams
