AGnVET Services is an Australian owned leading independent agribusiness, providing rural supplies and services. Established in Forbes, NSW in 1915, today we have over 60 branches and 100 specialist advisors in agronomy and animal health, strategically located throughout Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania through various locally branded businesses providing local and innovative services to our clients.

These iconic brands include AGnVET Services, IK Caldwell, AGnVET Agribusiness and specialist water and irrigation business Darling Irrigation.

Position Overview

As a Service Technician in an AGnVET branch team, you will be experienced in technical service with knowledge of irrigation products and services.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver consistently high levels of service by working on projects that involve the installation and commissioning of irrigation products.
  2. Support project sales and deliver successful and profitable projects on time and on budget.
  3. Provide general irrigation and water system service work, both on site and in store, to a consistently high standard.
  4. Provide skilled labour with demonstrated technical ability, including troubleshooting and making technical recommendations to customers.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Motivated with great communication and problem-solving skills.
  2. Adaptable to change with effective interpersonal skills.
