**Responsibilities**:

- Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to direct reports, conducting regular 1:1 meetings and offering constructive feedback.
- Manage and lead complex enterprise-level deployments, serving as a player/coach within the team.
- Act as an escalation point for the Professional Services team, resolving complex challenges and liaising with sales teams and customers as needed.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the company's product portfolio and stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
- Lead the onboarding process for new staff within the Professional Services team.
- Coordinate training and mentoring programs for junior team members, assessing needs and measuring effectiveness.
- Provide reporting statistics to senior management.
- Lead by example, consistently demonstrating and promoting the company's key values.
- Provide regular feedback to upper management on team performance and individual contributors.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Professional Services department, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Represent the Professional Services team in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
- Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- 2 year degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Technical capacity
- Leadership
- Collaborative and team work skills
- Problem solving/analysis skills
- Customer/client focused
