Based in Green Fields SA area
- Part Time 20 hours per week, Days flexible
- Assist business units across the region with HSEQ support

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide efficient coordination and management of the HSEQ system
- Provide efficient coordination and advice on the HSEQ Training database, including regular report
- Provide Contractor Management advice, support, and assistance to the branch network and technician inductions (CM3, Rapid Global, Pegasus etc)
- Assist business units across the region in the planning, development, and delivery of business unit specific HSEQ requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and participate in benchmarking programs and activities, including identification and implementation of health and safety best practices and initiatives
- Assist with the development and review of HSEQ documentation
- Follow defined documentation and information management practices, policies and procedures for all records created and received
- Contribute actively and Project manage health and safety initiatives as required
- Ensuring the Health and Safety objectives our client are met and a safe working environment is always maintained

**Requirements**:

- Certificate lV in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations, including ISO45001
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSEQ administration in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and contractors
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and manage risks effectively
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering health and safety training programs -preferably one which includes a blue-collar workforce is desirable
