**The Company**
Our client is a private property development group with a national presence.
They currently have projects across Victoria, Brisbane and Sydney. The business is going through an exciting phase of growth with new projects recently acquired and a need to expand their Melbourne team.
**The Role**
Reporting into the SDM, you will work on established, large scale residential projects. The role is responsible across the entire lifecycle of the projects from design right through to working with inhouse sales and marketing representatives.
**The Person**
My client is willing to take the time to find the "right person". They require someone with significant residential land experience, given the market their first preference would be someone local with local contacts and confidently knows the whole development life cycle.
This would appeal to an experienced ADM with a number of years experience in this role, ready to take the step up OR a DM who is keen to work for a solid company, with a caring, collaborative culture, with ability to make quick decisions and move with the market.
