Randstad HR Partners are partnering with a leading global software company to seek a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead hiring across the APAC region. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and partnering closely with senior leadership, including the VP General Manager, APAC, and Head of Finance, you'll be driving gold standard recruitment in a high performing tech organisation.
This role offers a hybrid work model, primarily based at the Sydney CBD Office with 3 days of work-from-home flexibility.

Proven ability to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for Go-to-Market teams in high-growth tech environments
Successfully partnered and consulted with leaders across all levels, including regional managers
Responsibilities
