Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia.
The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes.
The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.
Your role will include:
Assemble and install rigging gear such as chain blocks, slings, pulleys and winches to lift lower, move
or position machinery, spools, structural steel and other heavy objects
Examine objects to be moved, estimate their size, shape and weight and decide on the type of rigging
Choose or make slinging equipment and attach it to the load
Inspect, maintain and repair rigging equipment
Read and interpret lift plans/procedures
What you will bring to the team/Qualifications you will bring to the team:
Construction White/Blue Card
License to Perform High Risk Work / Advanced Rigging Ticket
Work Safely at Heights - mandatory
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen
