**STABLE STAFF**
Duties will include walking horses, saddling, swimming, Raceday/trial strapping and the usual stable duties.

**YOUNG HORSE TRAINER/RIDER**
- Able to ride horses, with a particular emphasis on riding pace/timed work and jump outs
- Proven ability to train and educate young horses
- Able to ride 8-10 horses per morning.

**ESSENTIAL SKILS**
- Applicants must fulltime professional experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience of training and handling methods specific to thoroughbred racing
- Proven ability to train and educate young horses
- Oral and written communication skills of a level to take instructions and provide information
- Knowledge of safe operation of all equipment and use of PPE
- Sound knowledge of Health and Safety obligations and demonstrated skills in safe operation of equipment relevant to the training and preparation of racehorses.
