Assurant supports global businesses in advancing the connected world, making technology more accessible and eco-friendly.Benefits at Assurant include :A cultural day off to celebrate what's important to youInternational and local mentoring programsDiscounted Employee Share Purchase ProgramDiversity panels and employee resource groupsSix weeks of company-paid parental leave, including superannuation contributions during unpaid leaveDevelopment programs and support for higher educationNovated vehicle leasingVolunteering leave to give back to communitiesAbout the roleThe ANZ Propositions Manager drives incremental value by creating innovative propositions that increase product and service distribution in Australia and New Zealand, contributing to growth in the Connected Living P&L.This role involves leading proposition development (Product, Process, Promotion, Pricing) and strategic initiatives to optimize relationships with clients and partners, working with local and global teams.Identify market drivers and customer needs to define the value proposition.Promote a customer-first mindset.Engage with Global Product Teams to align on insights and deployment strategies.Develop propositions and strategic initiatives for growth and customer value.Improve commercial returns through continuous improvement and cost reduction strategies.Maintain collaborative ANZ proposition roadmaps and lead project resources.Ensure marketing reflects current and future capabilities; establish go-to-market plans.Collaborate with client management and business development teams.Represent ANZ in global product sessions and foster key partnerships.Build internal networks to support objectives.Ideal candidateBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields8+ years in product management, preferably in financial services, insurance, telecom, retail, OEM, or related industriesExperience developing and managing partnerships in mobile, insurance, or tech sectorsProven track record in partnership development strategiesAbility to create propositions aligned with core servicesKnowledge of mobile device / lifestyle marketsExperience with market research and campaign coordinationComfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong commercial acumen and strategic planning skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skillsCreative and persistentInterested?
