**Role Description/Criteria**
For Role Description and to make an Application: Salesian College Chadstone Employment
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
1. A capacity to understand and animate Catholic identity, Salesian charism and College values in all aspects of College life.
2. A commitment to Child Safety and the welfare of young people and a strong knowledge and understanding of Child Safety legislation and responsibilities
3. Work collaboratively and collegially
4. Knowledge and understanding of the learning and wellbeing needs of boys
5. Demonstrated evidence of working with students and teachers in classrooms to support student learning outcomes
6. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all members of the College community
7. ICT competence (Salesian College makes extensive use of ICT, including Learning Management systems and student laptops)
8. A certificate III or IV qualification in Education Support or equivalent is preferred but not essential
