Royal on the Park is a 4.5 star, 153 room independent hotel located opposite the Botanic Gardens in the heart of Brisbane City. This iconic property is renowned for offering tradition, elegance and exceptional guest service.

**About You**:
To be successful in this position you will have the following:

- Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervision role (preferably in a hotel environment)
- Time management and organisational skills
- Leadership experience
- Excellent grooming presentation and communication skills

**About the Role**:
This is a great opportunity to join a motivated and hardworking Housekeeping team that continues always to excel. Your supervision skills will be developed by training our Room Attendants and ensuring rooms exceed our guests' expectations. You will also assist with directing and rostering in conjunction with the Housekeeping Manager. You will also ensure monitoring and supervision of performance and productivity standards.
