EMPIRE HOSPITALITY is the premier housekeeping outsourcing provider for deluxe hotels in Australia.

Due to increased business activity we are currently looking for experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to work one of Brisbane's top hotels.

IMMEDIATE START we understand you may need to give notice

We are searching for natural leaders with a passion for service excellence to supervise highly dedicated and hardworking housekeeping team.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Supervise and inspect the day to day management of a team of housekeeping attendants
- Training of our new Room Attendants
- Ensure that productivity is achieved on a daily basis and rooms are handed back to the hotel on time
- Ensure that guest requests and other special cleaning requirements are met.

To be successful in the position, you must possess the following attributes:

- Minimum Housekeeping Supervisor experience of 1 year in a similar role in a 4-5 star Hotel.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience with Opera PMS
- Be able to work with a variety of tasks in the housekeeping department.
- Must have full availability.
- Must have a pro-active approach to OHS requirements.
- Must be able to work a flexible roster including varying shifts.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Highly motivated and possess a positive attitude.
- The available role requires the individual to be hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $49.59 per hour
