**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality personal care and domestic assistance to clients in their homes and communities.
- Support individuals with daily activities, social inclusion, and community participation.
- Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing in alignment with clients' individual care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in client needs or behaviours.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and health professionals.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Genuine passion for helping others and a respectful, empathetic approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services) or working toward it.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Working With Children Check (if applicable to clients served).

- Morning shift
