**About the role**
As a Regulation and Accreditation Officer, you will assist the Head of Regulation and Accreditation in ensuring our Institute adheres to regulatory standards and maintains accreditation status in both the VET and Higher Education sectors. Your role will involve regulatory monitoring, accreditation documentation, and compliance. This is a full-time permanent position with a 6-month probation period, based in Fortitude Valley, Queensland.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an understanding of regulatory requirements and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate and accessible accreditation records and documentation.
- Assist in coordinating site visits and audits by regulatory and accreditation bodies.
- Review and update policies and procedures to meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory and accreditation matters.
- Support the administration of the Institute's governance committees and processes.
**About you**:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in any field.
- Possess a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation processes in the VET and Higher Education sectors.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Exhibit exceptional written communication skills.
- Be highly proficient in computer literacy, particularly with advanced experience in Microsoft Word.
- Showcase outstanding attention to detail.
