**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role is responsible to support the day-to-day operations and service management of the Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP), built on Boomi's Managed Cloud Service product and providing oversight to the implementation of integrations for new project or migration of existing integrations to the Boomi platform.

This role will hold the overall accountability of the BAU function of the Integration platform, including lifecycle governance of integrations deployed into production and for projects by ensuring that defined gating criteria are met prior to new integrations being accepted into support.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the IT Service Management of the Enterprise Integration Platform (Boomi Managed Cloud Service platform), and the APIs/Integrations deployed on the platform.
- Liaise with the support services vendor to ensure adequate levels of monitoring and ongoing support of the integration processes, including ongoing software releases, patching and software upgrades for the optimal running of the integration platform.
- Coordinate and facilitate forums for the resolution of technical issues from Production incidents, to ensure solution options are clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders, with appropriate supporting documentation of the agreed solution
- This role is required to undertake on call support outside of business hours and site attendance in line with agreed MTM flexible work arrangements.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary studies in a Software Engineering/ Computer Science or equivalent disciplines.
- Previous experience with Boomi Integration Platform, mandatory
