This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work.
Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units.
This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.As a Information Technology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to:Immerse yourself in software development projects, contributing to cutting-edge solutions.Explore system architecture and IT strategy, gaining insights into shaping technological landscapes.Enhance your skills in cybersecurity, data management, and system integration through diverse rotations.Be part of a collaborative team driving technological innovation and excellence.We seek adaptable individuals who thrive in challenging environments, are keen to engage in real projects, work as part of a team, and make meaningful contributions to the business.Eligibility CriteriaA genuine passion for IT within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution.Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights.Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2025) in IT or similar.Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.Note: Successful placement into this program will be subject to pre-employment checks, including but not limited to criminal, qualification, medical, and reference checks.Key BenefitsBelow are some of our key central benefits that are available to all employees.
