The cafe at The Wash Malvern is looking for a full time cafe manager

Located on busy Unley road the cafe at the wash is a fun, busy and interesting place to work. We have a mixture of regulars and new faces daily and a captive audience in our carwash customers.

We are looking for someone who is keen, motivated and ready to take this role and run with it Use their creative flair and experience to their fullest potential. We are always open to new ideas and keeping things fresh and interesting.

We are a 7 day p/w business with another location (GLENELG) (staff are shared between both locations, managers stay in 1 location. We prefer a rotating weekend roster so that everyone gets some weekend time off

**Job Description/responsibilities**:

- Manage staff and labour
- Customer service for both cafe & carwash
- Food preparation and presentation
- Hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Weekly ordering and stock control/management
- Team management
- Be able to work autonomously
- Inducting and training new staff
- Innovating fresh new ideas & products

**Successful applicant must have the following skills**:
Extensive barista experience

Food prep experience

Management experience

Can do attitude

Passionate about hospitality/customer service

Be able to create and maintain a fun and friendly workplace culture (we arent here to hate life)

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
