**ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY**:
This is a rewarding and fun opportunity for anyone dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and passionate about supporting children to improve their swimming skills through school based visits to the Gatton Aquatic Centre. You will be engaging with the ability to inspire and energize others; a strong team player, and have a genuine passion for delivering learn to swim programs.

We require multiple Learn to Swim Instructors to deliver school learn to swim sessions in the following hours:

- Mondays 10am - 2pm
- Tuesday 9am - 3pm
- Wednesday 12:15pm - 1:15pm
- Thursday 9:30am - 10:30am
- Friday 9am - 11:30am

**In this role you will**:

- develop and deliver swimming lessons that bring out the best in swimmers and improve confidence/swimming skills.
- Provide feedback and progression updates on students.
- Demonstrated ability to connect and collaborate with colleagues, work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a positive team culture.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have demonstrated experience delivering Learn to Swim lessons
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certificate or equivalent
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infants (highly desirable)
- Blue Card
- First Aid and CPR certificate
