Programmed have developed a tailored traineeship program designed to create employment pathways for people in the Community Services sector. Our company offers quality support and care to individuals with disabilities. We believe that each person deserves equal and individual support that promotes independence and well-being.

Programmed Training, in partnership with Programmed Health, are looking for people who have the ideal qualities and attributes to be a successful Support Worker.

The Traineeship
- Part Time 12 Month Traineeship with possible employment opportunities after that period
- Training at Tafe in a classroom, and face to face training on the job
- Help, support and guidance throughout traineeship with a dedicated mentor
- Weekly wage
- Annual leave, personal leave and superannuation
- Ongoing training and development throughout the traineeship
- An entry into a career pathway and not just a job

To join this exciting traineeship program you will need;
- Valid Australian driver's license and own reliable vehicle with insurance
- Ability and willingness to travel across Perth metro area
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening
- Working with children check or ability to obtain
- 2 recent references
- Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol and Medical
- First Aid Certificate - or ability to obtain
- Covid Certificate listing Covid Booster Vaccine
