The Role
We currently have 3 permanent full-time positions available for experienced Machine Operators and Blending Operators based at our Clayton South site working on day shift.

The role responsibilities will include;
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
Perform machine set ups & changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing
Maintain quality of products & associated documentation according to specifications
Communicate with support departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material handlers - escalate in case of deviations and issues.

About You

Previous experience working as a Machine Operator in a food manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 20kg
Familiar with HACCP
Computer literate
Team player and good communication skills
Fast learner and open to change and try new approaches
Continuous improvement mindset

The Benefits
Full-time 4 day work week (Monday to Thursday) or (Tuesday to Friday) 9.5 hours per day
Attractive base rate of $31.19 per hour
