We are a specialist medical and allied health practice in Mosman Park.

We offer a friendly environment in brand new rooms. This is a new role and we are looking for an applicant that can make the job their own.

Duties include:

- Greet patients and visitors.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Medicare and private billings.
- Typing medical reports.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure facilities are clean and tidy.
- General administration tasks.

Applicants must have:

- Mastery of Microsoft Office 365 and overall IT competence.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to develop quality working relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- National police clearance.
