BOC Limited AustraliaPlant Site SupervisorCondamine (QLD), Australia | req24037Responsible for safe, reliable and efficient operation of the plant (Major Hazard Facility) and its associated equipment.What You Will Enjoy DoingYou will be accountable for site compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality standardsOversee all work on the site, including co-ordination of contractors, to achieve KPIs and site objectivesControl site costs, planning and supervision of site maintenance activitiesReport on site compliance and production dataYou shall support all activities required to ensure reliability and improvement of the plantsFurthermore, you will monitor, alert and assist the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) in plant operations including plant shutdown and restartThis role requires some after hours on call duties (availability after hours in the event of plant operational issues or emergency response scenarios)What Makes You GreatYou hold a Trade or Degree Qualification in a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Instrumentation)Prior experience in continuous process plant operationsStrong work ethic and a commitment to collaborative teamworkYour previous knowledge of process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems will be highly regardedYou have natural ability to identify and implement continuous improvement projects by executing time management and project management skills whilst actively troubleshooting plant processesFurthermore, your excellence in verbal and written communication, aids you in leading implementation of safety, and operational initiatives effectivelyCapable of utilizing company business and safety systemsPreferably based in Condamine, Miles or Chinchilla or willing to relocateWhy you will love working with usAt Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
