About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll lead and motivate our F&B team to ensure smooth operations across various venues, including pubs, cocktail bars, fine dining restaurants, and café counters in Thredbo Village and on the mountain.
You will be role model and inspire your team to deliver excellent service, creating memorable mountain moments for our guests.
Shifts include early mornings and nights, catering to different preferences and roles, whether front of house or back of house.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily operational requirements of the venue.
Maintain quality, presentation, and delivery standards for food and beverages.
Ensure health, hygiene, and safety compliance, including NSW Liquor Act adherence.
Handle POS reconciliations responsibly.
Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding operational issues.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of food and beverage service experience.
Previous supervisory experience or training.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
Current NSW RSA and RCG certifications.
